Step 1: Primary Ballot
Nearly 40% of registered voters in Nevada are currently prohibited from voting in closed primary elections. Question 3 gives these 900,000 independent voters the right to vote in open primary elections. All candidates for an office, regardless of party, will appear on the primary ballot and you’ll vote for one candidate, just like you do now.
